Reservation terms and conditions

Unless otherwise stated by both parties, it is assumed that said parties agree on the following reservation terms and conditions:

  • Reservation deposits shall not exceed 40% of the total sum resulting fromthe number of places and days being the purpose of the reservation.
  • Should the reservation be cancelled more than 7 and less than 15 daysprior to show-up, the owner shall be entitled to retain up to 50% of said deposit.
  • Should the cancellation be notified to the rural accommodation facility within the 7 days prior to show-up, the owner shall be entitled to retain up to 100% of the deposit.
  • Should the clients fail to show up by 20:00 of the day due for show-up without prior notice, it is assumed that the reservation is cancelled, unless a different show-up time is otherwise agreed between the client and the owner.
  • Should the owner fail to satisfy the reservation terms agreed with the client on the day due for show-up, the owner shall compensate the client for the damage incurred unless the client fails to provide evidence for said damage, besides the corresponding administrative disciplinary measures to which the owner is bound.

In case of termination or cancellation of the reservation and in the absence of an explicit agreement between the parties any said circumstance is subject to the provisions of the 21/1995 Act of 6th of July on Package Travel.
